  Scott Allen and his team at Innovative Sight and Sound (IS&S) are a professional, ethical and customer focused organization staffed with knowledgeable people. The proposal for a smart home automation system and custom home theater was the most detailed and professional that we received during the construction process of our new home in the Santa Rosa Beach, FL area. IS&S met our expectations with respect to quality, schedule, communication and budget from start to finish. Overall a very positive experience, and follow up after commissioning has been excellent.   Innovative Sight and Sound installed all of the AV, lighting controls and security for our new home in Alys Beach. They did an incredible job with the design, installation and programming. Their attention to detail is impeccable. I highly recommend them. Ryan did an awesome job helping us design our system, and Jason did a great job with leading the install. Even after the job was done they have been very attentive with following up to make minor tweaks to our system.
